The whole environment was dirty they took a $25 dollar deposit to be refunded and never gave it back

Has to be the absolute worst hotel stay. First get there and they try ti give me a different room than what i reserved. Then has me recheck in 3 times. 1st room I had literally had an entire wall of outlets that didnt work, nor did it have lights. Not to mention you walk into the room and its an absolute Sauna and 90 degrees in there. After further inspection there were quite literal roaches in out sink and bathtub, i went to left the sheets to check and found MORE ROACHES. I told them and had my room switched. MORE BUGS FOUND IN THE MORNING. Went down stairs the dirty hallway and frayed rug staircase to the breakfast and their breakfast was a JOKE. They had 2 micro muffins in plastic and two jars of cereal. Frosted flakes and raisen brand. And get this... there was a bug in the jar of frosted flakes. THAT was their breakfast. Not even milk or other drinks. I told the front desk and they LAUGHED. Honestly only part worth a damn was the nice maintenance man asking me if we need anything.

BUGGED OUT!

Bugs bugs bugs run as fast as you can. Booked post tornado due to power outage at home, was to hot to sleep and this was only thing in town left available that night so figured it would do for night, I just want air and sleep. Woke up about 2 hours after arrived and opened my eyes to a bed bug walking across the pillow beside me. I flipped out straight out of bed I went took video to take downstairs cause at this point no way was I staying. Was after 2am when checked in and by then it was approaching 5am. So much for sleep. Showed guys at desk pictures and videos and they laughed and asked if was piece of paper because it was the white sheets but clearly see the black bug walking across them. Needless to say I paid for a room I refused to sleep in and was no problem with management it wasted my money or that they had bugs which tells me they already knew they were there. If you are into sleeping with unknown things all over you this is your place to stay but it wasn't my cup of tea!
