The first stay, the room was very clean, staff was very helpful. The bed however was horrible. It felt like we were sleeping on a board with a sheet on it. We went ahead and stayed again. This second stay, the room bathroom shower was not clean. Mold on the tiles. Again the bed was hard and horrible. Looking for another hotel for our next trip.

The rooms are very nice but the breakfast is terrible. Plan to eat elsewhere.

I try to stay here every time I visit East Texas/Tyler. Great location and the room was nice. Love the handicap room also.

Great service from check in to check out! Room was more than adequate with 2 beds, small sofa, ottoman, chair, plenty of lighting in different areas, bench with storage. Ironing board, night light, blow dryer; refrigerator, coffeemaker
