"Check in was very smooth. The clerk let us know that our comfort was their top priority and to notify them immediately if there were any problems. The lobby,dining area and our room was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable and it was the first time that there were four pillows for each bed. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices. Very pleasant stay . Would definitely stay there again."

"There was a gas fire place in our room. It was clear that there was a leak. We alerted the staff, the matter was not dealt with in a timely and appropriate way. As the problem reoccurred, a new trip to the reception and again the seriousness of the gas leak was ignored. It took a lot of conversation for the staff to recognize that they had to give us a new room or I would make a call to the authorities. Compensation four our lost time (basically 1 day ) was not awarded. I don’t think we will...
