Average hotel, overpriced for what we got, but I suppose that's the area this time of year. The kids were disappointed in the temperature of the pool (too cold) considering we chose a hotel specifically with a pool.

Brianna, I am sorry to hear that your kids didn't like the temperature of the pool. We keep our pool at 84 degrees and this is not a common complaint from our guests.

Felt like the amenities were in lockdown. You had to ask for an ice bucket or a towel for the pool. Beds were horrible. I was told they might replace them next year. Breakfast was limited at 9 am and had to ask for anything that was out. No one at front desk most of time. Area was in a good spot to drive out to see waterfalls and come back to rest!

Thanks for the feedback Kris. Our Pool Towels are located in the pool area so I am not sure why you needed to ask for one unless we had been busy and ran out in the pool area. Our front desk staff do so much more than help guests at the front desk, most of the time we are busy in back doing laundry but always available to help our guests with anything they need.

Price was pretty high for this type of hotel but probably due to seasonality of area.
