Nice beds. Lousy, noisy fans in the bathroom, which included hearing the neighbouring fan at 3 in the morning! One of the beds needed to be upgraded!

Upon arrival I was not greeted. I stood there in front of the lady for 5 mins before she said "checking in". A few of the staff members were all out front smoking. The room was outdated, carpet was not clean. Both the pool and sauna were closed for "repairs". The overall property really needs updated. There seemed to be live in people there and not overnights stays.

Had issues with a door lock malfunctioning had to switch rooms, staff were prompt and manager arrived from off site swiftly to allow retrieval of my personal belongings
