The heater was not working properly. Hot in November. No turn down, just on or off. The office was able to give us a box fan to use.

Noisy, run down, thermostat broken so heat would not turn off, tepid water. The last time I’ll care that they'll ‘leave the light on’ for me.

This property was very run down.
The area wasn’t very welcoming.

Lots of flies. When brought to their attention, all they could say was we have no extra rooms to move you, we have a fly swater down here and we're probably the ones that let them in. Husband went down and they did finally move us. Plus they put us over the washing mahjong which shook the whole room.
