I paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi bathtub, and it did not work. There was no hot water in the tub no matter how long I ran it. I advised the front desk and was told I would receive a partial credit for this, since the room cost extra for an amenity I could not use, and I was not credited anything.

Pictures are not what it looks like! Very dirty room (my sink had throw up in it and bath tub had mold).

Ice maker was broken and the pool area looked like a disaster. The place was not fully booked and even though I asked for a first floor room they gave me a second floor room. The rooms are dated and clearly the place hasn't been renovated in 30 years.
