We booked a one bedroom spa suite for a weekend. First room was perfectly laid out, clean etc but unfortunately our loo wasn’t working. We notified staff who sent a maintenance person and when it couldn’t be quickly fixed, moved us to another similar suite. Again clean, well maintained, spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely weekend exploring the area and Byron Bay, it was a joy to come back to a spa bath after a day of sightseeing, sun and sand. Dining options for vegans were limited but what we did have was outstanding (tacos at the Mexican restaurant and stir fries at the Thai). Every staff member we encountered was friendly, polite and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

just needs a rennovation, lots of rust, the bikes on the expedia page are nothing like that, all just rusted junk! gym is terrible, like something from the 70's, is it really that much of an ask to buy a rack of free weights and a decent bench? gym also had a terrible leak in the roof! staff not very accomodating at all. Was told i couldnt buy a coffee from the bar as the conference group would not like it! on arrival cheeky young lady behind the reception not at all helpful in trying to sort a guest out who had been travelling 2 days with a room. "Check in is 2pm, she kept saying!" yeah i understand, but i asking if you have a room now for me please!

Room a long distance from the main area of resort . Cafes and retail area were in need of a clean and re vamp. Over the top charge of $200 holding fee for no reason given other than it is our policy.

Really nice suite with lovely furniture and fittings. Well priced. Really wanted an ocean view room as was advertised, but couldn't see much unless you stood on your toes and peered over the trees!! A really pleasant stay at a very relaxing location, thanks!

Overall the room was clean and bright and the facilities, dining experiences were excellent. The only thing that marred the stay was the reception staff sticking strictly to the check in time. Unable to get a better flight time we arrived into the GC around 09:00. It was a long wait to get up to our room so we could crash for a couple of hours of much needed to sleep.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit which was perfect for the 5 of us. This was our 3rd time staying here and would definitely stay here again. Parking was a breeze for our large vehicle and the convenience of easy walking to dinner and for breakfast was a must for us. I would suggest block out curtains is needed as there was far too much light entering our room at night whilst trying to sleep. Otherwise, I found this an awesome place to stay.
