"The resort had an unresolved power outage for long period of time (6 hours). No room cleaning and overly crowded in common area making most of the resort amenities unusable. No parking structure whatsoever, not even a taxi pick up place, we had to catch our ride in a busy highway. The bed has a nail sticking out that cut our feet to bleed, water boiler has rust at the bottom that dissolve into the water. We had to cancel our stay and went home because the experience was do unbearable "

"Beautiful and modern buildings with wonderful view. Giving the luxury vibe with the provided services. Since it's far from the crowd, it's not too busy so perfect for a chill away and relaxed family trip. However, they still have most of services you need. They have a great varieties of restaurants and convenient stores in the complex. The price is very slightly higher compare to outside but still very reasonable. The location is far from Phan Thiet central but close to all the Mui Ne's tourist attractions. During our stay the power went out twice but only for a few minutes. The drone show is going on everyday, thats definitely the highlight of the stay. "

"This is one of the new properties here at Phan Thiet/Mui Ne so it is very nice and the kids/adults love the pools!!! The room is nice and clean. The staff was able to get everything that we needed. They also have tons of activity at night every nights so…. All and all 10/10 "
