Cooks and cleaning staff were not consistent in wearing mask. Electricity went away off and on during the stay (sometimes during the night and the air conditioning would stop working... making it hard to sleep). Can’t tip with credit card. Charge you for early check in even though room was available. Pools had crabs in them (dead and alive). Other than that, it was good.

Terrible maintenance and silly rules
Posted 17 Sep 2018 on HotelsGreat location, but terrible maintainance. The place really needs to invest. Silly rules like you cant leave tips with your credit card or that they charge you for using the kayacs are not suitable for a 4 stars hotel.

Nice for a romantic getaway

The private pool and outside bathtub are really nice. Maintenance could be a little bit better up to date, but that is kind of complicated so close by the sea.

My Room tab was broken, lights were not working, serví e was good but the hotel has no maintenence. Dont pay as a 5 star hotel

Pros: I liked the room, the way in which you feel involved in nature, and the food in the restaurant.
Cons: Service for dinner in the restaurant is terribly slow. Response from housekeeping was not satisfactory, toilet paper needed, never arrived!
Location: The hotel offers the possibility of rest and relaxation, but also you can walk on the beach, a boat ride through the lake, sea food locations in town.
We enjoyed a quite time in a private room with a perfect balance between luxury and rustic facilities according to the setting.
