The clientele at the hotel was lacking. You could smell marajuana cigarette smoke outside the door, someone coughed in my bathroom and it was from the adjoining wall. People argued loudly outside around 2-3:00 am. Right by the highway, so loud and hotel was not very insulated. Furniture was new and room was clean. There were 3 locks on the door with a sign to be sure and lock all. There were signs in the parking lot that hotel was not liable for stolen cars/break-ins.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, the room was in an unacceptable state—dirty sheets, unclean bathroom, and overall poor hygiene. Despite giving clear instructions, the room was never cleaned properly. The cleaning supplies looked like something out of a makeshift campsite, and the staff seemed completely unqualified to address even basic requests.

It was a nice property. But, this Motel 6 doesn’t allow the their guest to have coffee in the morning. They have two coffee pots set up that appear as if they serve coffee but they don’t . They only serve it on football game days . It was the only Motel 6 I’ve ever been to that doesn’t serve guest coffee in the morning. I travel for work and stay in this brand hotel all over the country and it just amazes me that they can be franchised and not have Motel 6 standards. The front desk agent was nice and kind .

We would like to thank you for staying with M6. We do appreciate your business and your feedback. The reason we don't do coffee in the lobby is because we provide everyone with coffeemakers and coffee in the privacy of their own room, and not that many people comes to the lobby for coffee anymore.
