Half of the property was in a fire- has not been touched. Room was clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. The building is a bit rundown and in need of a little TLC: new carpets, a coat of paint and replacement of some of the doors could do wonders for the place. The spare pillow in the closet was in poor condition, the staff was very apologetic and rectified the situation immediately. The close proximity to the airport was perfect for our 11pm arrival!

The property is old, dirty and needs a lot of work. Staff was nice but the property needs an overhaul. We had to change rooms toilet was plugged and dirty. No elevator and we were out on 3rd floor. Staff brought suitcases up but we had to bring down. The property is run down.

I recently stayed at this property and had an extremely disappointing experience. The entire place was dirty and unlivable. There was no elevator, which meant I had to carry my luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The room itself was in terrible condition. The floors were unswept, and there were uncovered plugs with live wires showing, posing a serious safety hazard. The stove was filthy, and the bathroom was stained and disgusting. Overall, this property was far below acceptable standards. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Due to a problem with the airline, we missed our connecting flight to Anchorage. This happened 9 hours prior to our booking, so we could not comply with the 24 hour booking policy. The hotel was not understanding of this being out of our control and refused to issue any type of refund.

The whole building smelled bad and the room was even worse. It looks as though they may be doing some upgrades because the hallway was filled with furniture. WIFI did not work.To get the TV to work, the lamp on the desk needed to be unplugged.

Half hotel burnt down, parking lot and entry dirty. Really terrible conditions. Noisy above room till late at night.
