Staff was nice. Place was clean but very small. Location was inconvenient and office was hard to find. Area didn't feel safe.

Modest hotel but very reasonably priced and clean. Nice place to stay in Turlock for a family reunion.

We thought the room had an unpleasant smell, but that went away after opening the window and putting on the AC. The refrigerator did not work. It is close to train tracks, so noise from train rumbling by and train horn. As I love trains, that did not bother me, but be forewarned if it bothers you.
