Reasonable property for the price but I was required to post a cash deposit if I wanted a refund at check out or a credit card deposit with a refund in a week plus.
There was no mention of any deposit requirement in the property's listing. Very upsetting . . .

Smoke detectors went off around 2:00 am and there was no one to contact,,no emergency number,I ended up going to front desk and found the security guard came to the room with step ladder and removed the smoke detector and told me it happens all the time,so from 2:00 to 3:30 it chearped,I tried calling office ,I’m reporting this to the local fire department to have the place inspected for faulty equipment equipment and no emergency phone contact

I liked the trees though they did make a mess of my car. The room was nice. The smoke detector started beeping in the middle of the night and nieither of the phone numbers on the card key reached the front desk. I was finally able to get help from the security staff and he disconnected the wires. I would have appreciated some consideration for the loss of sleep, but my suggestion of a free additional night fell on deaf ears. Still not bad at all for the price.

The train tracks are a blick away and teains run about every hour, there was duct tape holding the bathroom threshold down, plumbing is super load when you flysh the toilet. I will never stay in this hotel again.

I was surprised by how clean the property was, bed was comfy. I was expecting the worst for the price and it was not bad at all.

Sunrise Inn is not what it used to be. There is no complimentary breakfast, the courtyard tables have been removed and the courtyard is overgrown.
