The staff were super kind and friendly. The hotel is NOT in a great location for safety. I am a female and travelling solo, which I do frequently. I know a safe place and a place when I need to be uber aware of my surroundings. They did have security, but they also had many homeless walking through and nearby. The hotel is very dated and flys were an issue. The room was clean, but they did not clean it when I was gone for two days.

Thanks for your feedback. We do consider ourselves a safe family friendly property. As you mentioned, we do have Security on site, as well as Front Desk Staff available 24/7. We also have strict policies in place which we enforce such as no visitors after 9pm (quiet hours). The QR code in your room and notice at the front desk, which contains our policies does explain housekeeping service is every 3 days unless otherwise requested (we are happy to provide service every day if requested).
