"Great property all the staff were very nice except the guy at the boat rental who was terrible and berated me for returning the boat a few feet up the beach. They insisted on sailing through the swim zone which makes no sense to me. "

"Absolutely beautiful property. The staff was superb! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Every time we asked any question to anyone at the front desk, they consistently went out of their way to not only answer, but also give suggestions, book reservations ( dinner, tours, spa, taxi ) etc. The beach was picture perfect, never a problem getting chaises, towels, etc. We did take the easy shuttle to visit Ocean Club West, which was beautiful but larger and we totally preferred East. Both are lovely, but East was perfect for us!! "

"Spectacular views from the room. Great junior suite with many amenities. Staff was very attentive and super friendly. For the rare rainy day a airconditioned area with pool table or ping pong setup could be nice. Don’t miss dinner at Seven. Elegant and refined cuisine. The resort is right on the beach; one pool for family fun and a quieter pool for adults only. We plant to visit again! "

"Took my girlfriend here for a vacation and it was great. Property was very in the center of grace bay. Beach was 3 minute walk and never had an issue with parking even when it was busy. Staff were very friendly and overall a great stay. "
