Disappointing and felt unsafe
Posted 9 Aug 2024 on HotelsHidden balcony above the room with no access and no way to know who could access room from above. Smelled of smoke despite no smoking sign. AC did not work well. Shower overflowed. No lock box in room but required room key drop off every time you leave the hotel. I left before the evening was over and booked elsewhere.

A trifle impersonal since room was away from main door and reception.
Key and door opening success with regards to room door and door to the three room area could
be hit or miss.

Our room was large and spacious. It contained a fridge and aircon. The balcony was lovely to sit and watch the world outside.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. A good sized room, very clean, with all the facilities stated.
Convenient location, especially for the station.
I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We really appreciated the way this hotel encourages sustainability, by offering a free beverage to the clients every day that they waive room cleaning. This contrasts with most hotels who “green wash” by offering not too change towels or sheets daily but still do.
The staff were all extremely friendly and responsive, for example when we asked for more hangers.

Posted 1 Nov 2023 on HotelsThere are obvious changes for the better at this pleasant small hotel. Truly nice and helpful employees. Next time we are in Torino we will stay longer at this hotel.
