great, very central
Posted 15 Oct 2019 on HotelsGreat hotel, very central. We had a big room Which was comfortable and quiet. There are 2 parts to the hotel and we were ‘over the road’ which was fine for us but just an fyi for those less mobile. Staff were very friendly.

Nice B&B right in the city center
Posted 18 Jan 2019 on HotelsConveniently located. Nice and clean. My room was a bit noisy. Beside the street traffic, which is predictable in a city, there was an A/C style "soundtrack" not so pleasant that went on part of the night. At some point it stopped to come back in the morning (the A/C wasn't neither in mine nor in the other rooms, apparently it came from the ceiling/roof). Friendly staff and nice breakfast

Bad service
Posted 9 Apr 2016No one at hotel when arrived at 7.10pm when hours said till 8pm. Had to call a number on my overseas mobile. Took another 20 minutes to arrive. Room was ok but the annexe was several streets away.
Not very flexible on breakfast time. 8am start late for experiencing sights.

Do not stay here!
Posted 20 Jan 2015Horrible service, VERY rude at check in. Refused to serve us breakfast as a "Bed and Breakfast". We stated that we had a 7:50 am train to catch the next morning but we're told at check in that breakfast didn't even START until 8am!! We were given 2 apples and 2 nectarines that were over ripe - to suffice as our breakfast that we paid for.
B&B owner/mgr. wanted to keep our passports while we went up to the room to get settled in. He was angry when I said I would wait in the lobby until he documented our paperwork and return our passports to us.
Bathroom hot water ran out after one quick shower. No heat in bedroom. No one was ever on site again after we checked in. We had to go 1/2 mile down the street in the dark to ask another hotel establishment to call us a cab to the train station. Terrible place. Waste of money. So disappointing.

Cordialità del titolare, c'era quello che serviva ed era in linea con quanto pagato, l'unica pecca la povere.

appena arrivato in struttura mi dicono che expedia aveva sbagliato la tariffa (ho pagato la presunta differenza)-camera dislocata rispetto alla ricezione(altra via)-alle ore 7,00 am provavo a fare la doccia e dopo aver manovrato per 15 mn (niente acqua)ho contattato il n°del proprietario senza ricevere risposta ! andando via dalla struttura sentivo che un altro ospite si lamentava della doccia !

Pulizia, colazione e ubicazione eccellenti.
Non c'è l'ascensore. Rumore dalle scale e dalla stanza di sopra.
