Hotels with Swimming Pool in Turgutreis, Bodrum

"Air conditioning did not work, so we had to leave our patio door open at night to keep room below 25degrees Celsius. As a result, very noisy. Bed had a huge sag in the middle and bedding is worn and rough. Rooms need major updates."

"The 2-3 staff members are good and deserve praise for running the hotel in its rundown condition. The hotel website gives the impression that it has recently been renovated with indoor pool, spa, and gym. None of that exists. We stayed in this hotel 5 years ago and it was clean and pristine. We were told then that it was to be renovated. The website and Expedia description are misleading at best and realistically lying. "Beautiful location but the property isn't run very well. I requested a quiet room and the check-in staff said he was gonna take care of me - gave me a room right in front of the elevator. "We were supposed to spend 3days . We got there around 2pm couldn’t check in until 4 almost 5pm . They gave us a room without a blanket and no tv . Concierge doesn’t speak English at all and there two Russian guest who were arguing about the wait time to check in . There was mold in the bathroom .
