"No wifi. No lift to ask omelets for breakfast before 10 and the said kitchen close. Coffee machine not a good coffee( its 4 stats hotel). Old gym and old and dirty sauna and steam room , they don’t work properly. No hot water in hamam you need to wait 10 min to ger hot water. Barely you find somne who speaks English at the reception. Plats in the restaurant broke with black spots. 1 swimming

"had a fantastic stay at the Costa Maya Hotel. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The pool was clean and relaxing—perfect for cooling off and unwinding. Special thanks to Gina, who really made my experience memorable with her warm and attentive service. She also helped arrange a boat tour that ended up being a real highlight of the trip—super enjoyable and very affordable. I also enjoyed a few cocktails during my stay—they were well made and added to the relaxing vibe. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Costa Maya!"
