When I first got there the reception was out to lunch and no one was at the desk after 20 mins of waiting she showed up with take out in hand. Then lightning knocked out the elevator and the only room available was on the third floor. So after driving all day I had lug my bags up three flights to get to my room and find that the third bed I specifically ordered and had to be put on the 3rd floor for was not made up. Of course there was no extra linens in the room so I called the front desk for the bed to be made. Well she was alone so she could not bring my extra bedding up because then the front desk would be unattended. So basically I had to walk up to fix what should’ve been standard for the room because she can’t leave the front desk unattended (well except for lunch time). Terrible experience not at all what you would expect from this brand.

We stayed at this hotel 2 different times in the last week. Both times the elevator was out and the ice machine on our floor did not work. The staff was freindly enough, but they did not have great availability. The room was clean. The faucet was hard to turn off though. It was an ok visit.

At check in the front desk employee seemed very confused and gave us no instructions about anything at the hotel- where our rooms were, when breakfast is, etc. He seemed flustered. The hotel was very busy, so I just assumed he was flustered. When we went up to our rooms, one of our rooms had two fast food cups on the night stand and it smelled like someone had been smoking something in the room. It was very gross to find trash in the room and the smell never went away. The room also had stains on the carpet and bedding. The WiFi was also so slow that the television did not work well enough to watch a local station. Just an overall bad experience.

Nice property, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast included. Only problem was we booked and paid through Expedia. When we checked in we told them we had a dog, which is an additional $50 fee (no problem as some are higher). The girl at front desk could not add the fee and after 30 minutes (at 9pm after driving 8 hours) I finally had to ask for our room and they could figure out the extra fee later and bill me, as they had my credit card. The charge finally went through in the morning.
