One of the worse hotel
Posted 1 Sep 2023 on HotelsThere is only one croissant and coffe. I could buy that cheaper outside in coffee shop.
The toilet is linking water and under the hotel a bar was music noisy all the night

The people working there were very friendly and helpful,good location and comfortable stay but a little outdated but definitely recommend

More likely a 1 star hotel
Posted 9 Dec 2022 on HotelsReception always on mobile call then obviously would not focus and understand your request. Customer has to wait first before they help you
Bathroom was disgusting, I have to clean myself with a detergent.
Bed is half broken, so I have to fix underbed for the mattress to be stable.
Good location but noisy as there's a night club part of the hotel.
Really need some refurbishment!!!
And some customer service training!

Near all what you need and room size is great for family of 4 but very loud music until 1 -2 in the morning; mosquitos are very
prevalent ; room smells, hallway is full of cigarette smoke at night; old bath towels, extra blankets smelly; more phonejack outlets (old tech) only two electrical outlets
