The hotel in general is rated 8.5/10 , some improvements needed in rooms accessories, towels/water taps etc. The best to be highlighted is the bar area and the staff working there. They were professional with smile welcoming during my stay in the hotel..

The staff was very nice, welcoming, professional - and would say are the big plus of why to choose this hotel. The breakfast buffet has an impressive wide and fresh selection - another big plus. On the other hand, the hotel looks very tired - from dirty walls, damaged carpets, dark halls and broken pool chairs - the property owners maybe should spend some money on that instead of the luxury cars parked there...

Not nice at all

My car has accident at the parking ,, and too late fir hand me the room, it wasn’t clean at all

It's really important to know that this hotel is really remote: 9 miles to Carthage, and 18 to the Avenue de France (downtown). If you're there in the summer for the beach this might be fine, but it's a long taxi ride to any of the other sights. There's also no place to eat nearby except for the hotel restaurants.

Average and incois

Everything was average. The same food and drinks were different from one day to another. Service was inconsistent. Some of the waiters and waitresses were rude. I forgot three rings and a bracelet at the spa and it disappears and the staff didn’t help to find it. The rooms are spacious, but shower, lights, drawer were broken. And everything was really humid overall. Only the activities at the beach with Kader were good
