My reservation not accepted!

Cons: Could you please conduct your due diligence investigation on the legitimacy of this hotel?
Location: Alright
When I arrived at the place, I realized that the picture posted here is the entrance of the small mall. I walked in and found no sign for the "Aparthotel Zitouna". I had to ask one guy at the bakery to learn that the lady at the grocery store across the hallway was in charge of the hotel. After I showed her my reservation, she told me that she is not doing business with Orbitz anymore and it was not accepted. If so, why is this hotel still listed here?

Cons: Make a actual visits to the hotels.
At arrival i called the hotel to know were is the hotel were the address given is a small shopping mole and had no hotel. the person answerd me, told me that i have no reservation ( i confirmed that i hold a confirmation for my stay )he closed the line and did not want to reply to my further call. i tried to contact orbit but no luck. i went to other hotel near the address named consul hotel in which they told me that am not the first person that had this problem. i think you are dealing with frude hotel., and please make me a full refund. this is my first booking with orbitz and had a bad experiance. Very conveniently located

We really enjoyed the stay and will use it again for sure. This is not a hotel with a typical reception and lobby but an apartment complex above a small shopping center and check in is at one of the store, that's not many people know. There needs to be a large sign at least outside that particular store so people won't bypass it , also it would be nice if instructions are given with the reservation. The receptionist Moez a wonderful young very energetic and caring person. He takes care of guests as his own guests and pays personal attention. Cleaning staff very good and prompt

Bad management property

Hi Unfortunately , this apartment has very rude mangement The manager lied on us We checked in late at night and he told us to check out at 12 In the morning he knocked our door at 10:45 am and asked us to leave now. We have many luggage and kids he pushed us to leave and we left and stayed outside waiting for taxi One more thing , he did not trust the Internet booking and reservation and wants me to pay even though I showed him two emails from hotels.com assuring that the payment was done on full He forced me to show him my master card payment on my master cards statement and he is still no convinced I really don't recommend this place at all

Nice apartment in downtown

Quiet and very secure district. 20 (max.) minutes from airport and close to avenue Bourghiba and the central Station. Equipped kitchen, high speed (really high!) wi-fi, in shot, everything to live independently.

全く予約ができていなかった。

Pros: 自炊施設が整ってた。
Cons: エクスぺディアでもう少しホテルの実態を把握していてもらいたい。
12月21日から24日まで予約完了の連絡があり、1月3日も予約完了連絡あり。両日とも料金も払い込んだ。にもかかわらず両日とも予約が入ってないと。21日からの分は現金を払い宿泊。 1月3日は予約もなし、部屋も満杯。他のホテルへ泊まらざるを得なかった。 ここのホテルはフロントがなく、まったくアパートの入口で、まったく初めてでは探せない…ホテルという看板も出ていない… 受け付けは100メートルほど離れた旅行会社の事務所。 他の宿泊者には全くすすめられない宿泊施設。

Difficile à trouver aucune indication .. exiger de payer en euros...pour me dire que chambre pas disponible et me diriger vers un autre hôtel moyen et ne pas vouloir me rembourser afin que je choisisse moi même mon hôtel .... déconseille fortement
