The only good thing was the pool. The room was very old so the front wall of the bathtub fell out while we were using it, 2 huge roaches came out from the bathroom…
Also the staff are very slow to come around to fix those problems.
We heard a beeping sound when we first got to the room which was the alarm from the upstairs. We called the front in the morning and left a note but no one came until we called them again in the evening.
I would recommend to stay somewhere else and pay to use for the pool only.

部屋はすごく古くて、お風呂の前の蓋は外れるは、ゴキブリは出てくるで最悪でした。
そしてそれに対応するスタッフもなかなか来ない。
初日、上の部屋のアラームが止まってなくてフロントに電話したのに誰も来ず、夕方にまたキレ気味に電話してようやく来ました。
次は日系か新めのホテルにして、プールだけ利用しにこようと思います。

As far as the amenities such as the pool, it is great for families. However, I was not a fan of the room. The bed was very firm that I thought it was the box spring. Air condition worked well so that was fine. But the property seems to be very old. No microwave in the rooms. You will have to go all the way to the ground level or by an ice machine to heat up your food. If the oool is what you are looking for or any water activities, I would recommend. But not the room stay.

We came home for a family funeral and opted to stay at PIC to try to relax at the waterpark. We weren’t able to use the waterpark until check-in at 3; understandable. Our room was located in the Ocean B tower. It’s the furthest away so it is a bit of a walk to get to the elevators. We were in a rush to get to the room so we can get ready for a family event. The shower head did not turn on and there was no hot water. We were twisting every knob/lever we could find. We called front desk from hotel phone, no answer; called again and let the phone ring and they finally answered, they said they would call engineering. An hour later, we called again and no answer using the hotel phone. We called from our cell phone, immediately answered. The front desk tried to help us to turn on shower head but what she described, our shower head was different. We couldn’t wait for engineering after 30 minutes as we had to leave. No one contacted us. We showered using a cup. The beds were hard and definitely not upgraded. We will get park passes only next time if that’s an option but I will not pay for a room here again.

When we first got to the room, there were no shampoo and conditioner and body bath!!!!!!! And I got really bad bed bugs bite, like I said, the bites are terrible and all over my butt!! I never had any bed bug bite in my life but the hotel. Also the breakfast buffet was terrible and expensive. $31 per person and the food tasted really bad. I like their pool outside the hotel but that’s it. I don’t recommend this hotel if you worry about bed bugs bite.
