I checked in at 4am and it was a flawless stay. Very nice beautiful property and bathroom, hot water. Very nice staff and nice restaurant. Best part is it across the street from a beach resort that you just have to buy drinks to be there. I highly recommend this place. And it’s very near lots of cool things to see like cenotes and Mayan ruins.

Minimal service for the price you pay, but it makes sense. Very cheap for Tulum which is good, but if it rains don't be surprised to have your room flooded. The staff will say there's nothing they can do if it keeps raining and the cleaning staff is not here.
Other than that we had a nice stay and really enjoyed Tulum. The hostel doesn't have its own beach and since most beaches in Tulum are private to hotels, the best way to get to the public beach is to get bikes (10 min away with bikes vs an hour away walking).
Also, since our flight landed late and Tulum as an hour and a half away from Cancun Airport, we got to the hostel around 11:45 PM and the front office didn't know where our key was for about 20 min. So just a piece of advice, if you are going to check in late, if you are going to get there late, let them know so that they can put the key aside for you.
But honestly, it was a great place, a very quiet neighborhood of Tulum Playa (the loud nightclub are more south so no loud noises at night), and again very affordable to see Tulum as young people with not too much money to travel.

Perfect for a night stay
Posted 2 Sep 2022 on HotelsThe employees were friendly. The room was exactly as described/pictured. The shower was out of water I the morning but that happens here even at the most expensive hotels sometimes. The ac wasn't the best but it worked and there was a fan. Just keep the bathroom door shut and it will stay cooler and not allow mosquitoes into the bedroom. The breakfast was great at the restaurant.

Hi Anastasia, We appreciate a lot your feedback, it help us grow and bring a better experience for our guests. We have checked de AC to make sure is working and unfortunately mosquitoes are part of the jungle environment were we are, we do our best to diminish their appearance but can not erradicate them completly.

Not recommend
Posted 25 Jan 2022 on HotelsThe place looked good and somewhat rustic like for backpackers. The bed was not too bad. The room was not completely sealed off from the outside (bugs and hot air). I was sharing a remote for the AC with the neighbor because his was missing which was not cool. What really pissed me off was that the front desk employee entered my room while I was out to get it. When I got back my AC was off and no way to turn it back on in a room at 35⁰C . My girlfriend had to wake the neighbor up to ask him for the remote at 3h30 am. There was no staff around and no way to reach them. Non of the phone numbers listed work. We also saw bugs in the bed.
