Road getting to the hotel is HORRIBLE. So many potholes that it take 15-20 minutes to go just over a mile. Would stay again except for the road. Hated the idea of leaving or coming back to the hotel. Thought it would damage our rental car, a smaller crossover.

Thank you for your comments Paul, as we are in the middle of a mangrove it is difficult to keep it all year round, with the rains and all the water coming out of the mangrove, potholes appear all the time. It gets fixed 3 times a year, but we have to wait until the hurricane season is over, which will be in December. It was very nice to meet you and to have you with us, next time you come back you can be sure that the road will be much better!

The staff was extremely welcoming. Nuria and Cynthia at the front desk helped us feel comfortable, especially when I wasn’t feeling great. They also recommended going out to see the turtles lay eggs at night, which was unforgettable! All of the gentleman at the bar, and the cook made our mornings and afternoons. I looked forward to avocado toast and cappuccinos every morning. The housekeeping staff kept our room immaculate. We would recommend.

Thank you for an amazing stay I enjoyed the secluded nature sea turtles at night private pool spacious rooms and soft beds the staff clean everything on the property daily including the lounge chairs which was great restaurants and everything close early but otherwise perfect stay

O’Tulum is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. Our room and the service was immaculate. I enjoyed our experience and the attention shown by Nuria and all housekeeping and restaurant staff. They made my stay hassle free! Their care and support was amazing.

The photos on the internet are not the same as the reality, the entire property needs maintenance, broken wooden floors, the stair handles have rust on the floors, that's all for example

We had a great stay at this hotel. The views are stunning, and the pools and rooms are high quality. It was super relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect if you want to escape the noise and crowds of Tulum. There's a nice beach nearby (about 5 minutes walk), making it a great place to unwind. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.
