Great gym, loved the free laundry available and the location was good. Biking around made for a fun adventure.

The hotel was great and the staff were amazing. The location is safe but not in the most happening of places in Tulum.

One day the weather was lousy and there was only me and my wife on the roof-top enjoying the tranquility. Then the bartender came and and put the electronic techno music on. I asked him him not to do this since we were the only guests there. He told me, that he is there too and he likes the music. I didn't want to spoil my day then, but I think you should know.

I spent 9 days in Riviera Maya, my last 2 days in Motto hotel. I was surprised when I was charged additional fee at reception about US$45. As ID I was demanded a passport only a DL not acepted. Room too small, small fridge was not working, reported 1 st day & never fixed, as result my dairy products & other food stuff gone to waste!!!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we strive to provide an excellent stay for all our guests and we will make any necessary changes. A daily breakdown of rates and fees, including our destination fee (20USD + tax), are listed on our website and Expedia. It should have been included in your total from the receipt you received from Expedia, if it wasn't please let us know so we can correct this. I'm sorry that the fridge in the room was not fixed, this is not acceptable and I will be personally looking into this and ensuring that all fridges in our rooms are working properly. Our rooms are on the smaller side as the Motto by Hilton brand focuses on flexible spaces with a smaller footprint. However, we understand that this setup might not be ideal for all travelers. This is why we introduced our new suites, which are double the size of a regular room. We hope that you consider staying with us again and try one of our suites. We would like to hear more about your stay as we want to provide the best service possible. If you have any other questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Great compared to other options in the area. Plenty of parking, rooms are as described. There are two restaurants. Breakfast is busy and it took almost an hour to get our food. The prices are not too bad.

The food is awesome! The room is nice and cozy with a great view. The pool was a little bit dirty 😬. Great location, great service! I’d come back for sure !

I will definitely stay again the customer service was amazing, room service came everyday , they have restaurants and shopping nearby , they give you a bike to use bcus downtown in less than 15 mins away and on the other side of the hotel is the beach which is 15 mins (bicycling) . Tbh this experience was better than a resort I will consider the Hilton every time vs a resort bcus Hilton motto was so great
