Great restaurant, could always get a lounge chair by the pool, social hour with complimentary drinks and appetizers, large, clean rooms, fast room service, AMAZING staff!

I got food poisoning the first night I was there, this place is not a 4.5 star I’m sorry, my experience from the food was terrible and would not recommend to anyone else!

The hotel was great and staff were great but a) the floors were a poor choice given open walls and getting rained on, they got very slippery many days, they need floors with more grip and/or to close off the sides better from rain. b) they had an in pool bar we wanted to try but they never had a bartender staffing the bar so we never got to try it… it seemed really nice and we should have explicitly asked about it sooner and they might have sent someone but we kept waiting until the second to last day and they said maybe tomorrow, at which point it was too late.

As a Mexican I want to feel like I am in Mexico unfortunately I didn’t. Love the room not the food. I will go out every day to find food. I guess it was just not for me , but the location is good.
