The location was great! 10 minute walk to the ruins, it’s literally the next street over and down the street. 5 minute drive to the cenotes, sinkholes and downtown tulum for the shops and restaurants. Very safe hotel and hostel. Would stay here again. Stayed 3 nights here and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

First off I want to say we enjoyed our stay, the location was great. Secondly , the bed was hard and difficult to sleep on with the pillows. While there was a tv and phone in the room neither were connected to anything... bizarre. The staff was great very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast wasn’t good don’t bother! Close to everything so that was our main plus that it was a hop skip and a jump away from the ruins and the beach as well as only a 5 min ride into tulum. The pool and grounds were beautiful and clean. The room was minimal and noisy from the trucks passing at all hours, but what I’ve heard is that everything in tulum is pretty noisy. We stayed for a week, probably wouldn’t stay for longer than two nights due to how difficult it was to sleep. In the time we stayed the room was cleaned only about three times. Probably next time we will splurge a bit more for better accommodations. You get what you pay for!

The property is in an excellent location for the ruins and some of the cenotes, such as Dos Ojos or the Xel-Ha park. The staff were lovely and very accommodating; we had breakfast included and they made sure there was a vegan option for us. The whole place has a nice, relaxed atmosphere and the pool area is great too! The only negative is the proximity to the road so traffic noise was a bit of a nuisance at night but it was only 3 nights and having since stayed on the beach and in Tulum town, noise has been a bit of a factor everywhere so I wouldn't let it put me off staying again.

It was a bit of a strange place. The grounds etc. are amazing, nicely landscaped, and with a big tree with lots of interesting birds flitting around as our "jungle view." But the room itself was very basic - like a concrete cubicle with one chair, but no table or desk to put stuff, no bedside lights. It was fine, everything worked, just very basic.
The location is great if you have a car - right on the highway, easy to find, with a great place to park. It's a bit loud with all the trucks going past. Our included breakfast was great, and I would definitely stay there again.

Little hidden gem in Tulum. Just across the road from the ruins. Stay at the hotel and save on parking. Nice big pool to relax after sightseeing. Food at the restaurant is also very good and beats the overpriced places around the ruins.
