Restaurant closed at 5pm, nothing else in area. The Baalman Restaurant requires reservation. Went to sleep hungry , when we were back from their atv tour the stores were closed. We didnt have a rental or transportation.

The hotel room included free access to Cenotes Park and was very accessible to Xel-Ha and Tulum. Staff was very helpful. The room was large and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

I was not able to explore all the amenities due to my limited stay but I appreciate the options given. The room was excellent.

Read the fine print!
Posted 26 Feb 2022 on HotelsHidden costs, final price was much more than advertised.
The rest of the stay was great, loved the cenote experience!

Even though I reserved and paid on Expedia they didn’t validate it and had to pay again . The worker was very disorganized. Location is nice so it was a bit disappointing.

Absolutely amazing i spent the extra 400 peseos got a suite right in front of the pool! Had dinner on the balcony.. mosquitos had dinner as well but was still amazing. You get a free entrance to cenote tortuga we took n ice chest some beer and bought a pizza up there great day i cant describe how beautiful it waz not to crowded either . Theres a restaurant and a store onsite its a litle expensive but it to be expected we went to the oxxo or the supermarket in tulum 20 minutos to get 50cent tacos then took them back fire 🔥 fire 🔥 (means amazing) expect to spend the whole day there they have a lazy river tour ..im NOT a tour guy i like drinking beer n maken my own way but this tour is cool 😎 next time ill bring a floating ice chest..also for the teenagers it has platforms to jump off into the cenote ,nothing crazy mom the worrier ..tallest 1 is like 10 feet and they make you where a life jacket

tay if you like the cenote
Posted 6 Jan 2021 on HotelsWe booked it because of its location, which turned out to be the best feature of it. The ground is nicely maintained. We participated the tour. The water in cenote is pristine with many fishes. Staying in hotel saved us 50%, about $10 person each for the tour. The tour guide is just so-so, all we got from him is “put your shoes in this basket; you have 15 min in this cenote”. The next morning we got to the cenote early and enjoyed it all by ourselves for about 1 hour. It is surreally beautiful.
The basic quadruple room has two double beds and a kitchenette. AC was fine. Wifi was on during day time but not working in the evening—I think too many people tried to use it in the evening There are dinnerware but almost no pots and certainly no cutting knife and the stove cannot be light up so do not plan cooking there. Toilet was clogged each every time (we did not out the tissue in). We used the plunge but in the morning even plunge did not work. We used the one in reception.

-The close proximity to the cenotes was great and they include access to one Cenote and they give a discount for the 4 Cenote tour. The price of the hotel for the area is good especially when your friends are getting married at dreams tulum which costs 400$ USD/night.
—The dogs barking all night is the main problem (loud barking dogs all night long)and also being so far from town.
-You can stand on the side of the road and flag down a collictivo (shuttle van) for 25$ Mexican. If you take taxis in this area they will cost you around 300-500$ MXN that is very expensive.
