Very good hostel

The staff was very nice and did a very efficient check-in and out. Very appreciate. What only thing can complain is, the hostel provide the information on the hotels.com page says that they dont provide the check-in service after . I called the hotels.com service to make the call to double check if they can accept check-in after the midnight. Hotels.com wasted my 20 mins- international call and told me all the 2 phone number registered is not answering. I asked for the number in case to call once I reach Tulum. But the no. apparently is not valid. Hotels.com should provide the property no. directly to client after the the reservation is confirmed or just provide that before the day. I was really upset with their customer service quality. Fortunately when I arrived the property around 1:30pm, the staff of Charlys was still there and let me check-in.

Good location, friendly staff, quick check in and clean room. +Hostel has amazing view to the city from rooftop. Value for money passable, for one night ok.

Me hospede 2 noches y no realizaron la limpieza de la habitacion. Nos comentaron que el desayuno se sirve de 8am a 10am, baje a las 10:15 am y la sra de la cocina me lo nego

Mi hospedaje fue cambiado debido a que las habitaciones privadas no estaban disponibles en Charly's Hostel. Mi estancia y evaluación es acerca del Hotel Addy, muy comodo, limpio y buena ubicación, excelente desayuno y cuenta con estacionamiento.

El hostal charlys esta muy bien la sola cosa que podria decir es que no hay muchos banos pero al mismo tiempo somos de vacaciones entonces podemos esperar un poco :) es muy agradable porque solo tienes que preguntr tus huevos con jamon y frutas y la mujer de limpieza te lo hago
