A good hotel with a beautiful beach. The staff are friendly. The food is excellent. The room we had was the apartment - would not recommend as super loud overlooking the street (lots of traffic / noise) and very dark (bit like a cave!).

Our stay at Alaya Hotel Tulum was absolutely magical! From the breathtaking beachfront views to the serene atmosphere, every moment felt like a slice of paradise. The rooms were beautifully designed, blending luxury with nature in a way that made us feel completely at peace.
A huge thank you to Brenda and Stefano, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Brenda was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, while Stefano’s local tips and friendly demeanor made exploring Tulum even more enjoyable. They truly made us feel at home.
We’re already dreaming of our next visit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alaya Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating escape in Tulum. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

We had a wonderful stay overall. The property is well maintained and the service is excellent. I do not recommend going to their sister hotel for the Beach Club access. There’s not much of a beach club there. We preferred the beach setting on the property.
