I liked the attention of personnel, I dislike the irresponsibility when the power went off and we were with no water, no electricity no air conditioner!!!

Gracias María, no podía esperar menos de ustedes aunque no fue culpa del hotel la falta de luz si no una falla de CFE y el mismo día trajimos una planta de luz.

Wonderful little hotel in the middle of everything! Everything was walkable and they had bicycle rentals that we took to get to the beach in 15 to 20 min. I loved it and looking forward to come back.

Fantastic staff nice unique building with great rooftop area. Close to everything downtown.

Really loved Graciella & Carles .. they were on the drsl all the time & really patient & helpful with all questions & good English, The rooftop breakfast was also delicious & there is lots of sustainable details like no packaging & water refill.
Thanks for a great few nights …
