Very clean, staff friendly. Breakfast options are very limited.

I wouldrecommend this hotel to everyone i know. The only thing i would change is the pillows , is their pillows. Everything was ?

I had a very horrible experience during my stay here. When I arrived, I waited for 25 minutes for someone to check me in. There was a line of customers and no one in sight to assist any of us. When I finally got to my room, the guests across the hall were running up and down the hall, banging on my door, and scream screaming at each other. Mind you, it was 12 AM and I had an early flight to catch. I then called the front desk, and explained the situation. She was very rude as if I was inconveniencing her. I then heard her outside of my door. Tell the other guests that this was the third complaint and she pointed to my door signaling that I was the one that made the complaint. I did not appreciate that. To top it all off, I had DoorDash some food. The children in the room across from me, took my food and ran off with it. I opened my door to grab it and watched as this happened. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

This renovated property has been open two months. Everything was neat and clean, but housekeeping staff are still learning. Anything that was missed was quickly taken care of by the desk staff (missing wash cloths, missing hair dryer, TV channels). The breakfast was not ideal: bagels, muffins, juice, yogurt. But there was a Waffle House across the highway!

The breakfast offered is a brand standard by Hilton for Spark hotels but we will pass along your feedback to corporate offices and maybe they will change the breakfast that is offered. Average hotel. The doors to the rooms are really thin, you can hear so much out in hallway. You could hear water running in a shower. Breakfast is packaged muffins or bagels. No hot breakfast. It was clean.
