This is an older hotel without all the bells and whistles but the rooms are big and the staff is very friendly. We’ve stayed here twice and will stay again.

This is an old hotel that needs huge renovations, and new furniture. Bedding was ripped, bathroom was dirty, and the room had a bad smell to it. Breakfast was no good either. Coffee was very watered down, among other things. The neighborhood felt very unsafe, definitely a sketchy area for sure. Save your money and go elsewhere. Definitely not worth the price.

This place is great. Always clean and the staff is great. Beds are comfy. Love the soda and snack machines. Laundry on site. I stay here 3 to 4 times a month. They know me and my son by first name.

One of our better stays in Tulsa. Very nice accommodation. They lock the outside doors a bit early. Would be nice if we could access after hours using our room key instead of waiting on front desk to answer phone at outer door. A few times wait was 5-10 minutes. When you have to take a dog out at night it makes it inconvenient.

Be careful when booking on Expedia. Moments after booking I realized the dates were wrong (Expedia system had a default for a future date) and I couldn’t cancel. Terrible waste of money. We did call the hotel and book the same day reservation that we needed so the stars are for that.
