Our room was musty and stains everywhere. Smoke detectors sitting on tables. Ceiling tiles falling down. We asked for another room, just as bad. Asked for a refund, were told to go through Expedia. We went to another hotel. Expedia couldn’t get through to the manager so no refund. Lost money and time. Aren’t there basic standards on cleanliness and building maintenance that should be followed?

It was perfect for what we needed it for. We flew in late and had to leave early to get our destination. So for the 6 hours we were there, it was great.

I was told cameras on property didnt work. My money was stolen and the staff advised me the cameras didnt work in the lobby and outside where my vehicle was parked. The staff named gary lied to the police when we were the victims. Please give me call. I would like a refund of the 1 night i paid for. .

Clean, looked like room had been updated, spacious. At checkin as we prepaid on card, told $50. cash deposit required to be refunded next morning at check out, when questioned procedure for refund as had to be at hospital early for surgery, manager waived deposit, she was very professional and understanding. When we checked in, front desk demanded $50 deposit. That was not mentioned on website. First night was like a biker rally. Bikes going bloom, bloom all night. 2nd day, nobody came in to clean or make bed. Coffee and breakfast were terrible. You get what you pay.

The pictures and review for this place is false advertisement. It was unsafe, rundown, writing on the walls, people hanging outside the room, singing and talking. Someone knocked on our door after midnight. Very scary.

Group of people living in 4 Penske trucks having a loud party in the parking lot until 2AM both nights of my stay. Every corner smells like piss and weed. Stains on the bed cover and a broken dirty toilet seat. Booked through Expedia, been using Expedia for 6 years. Expedia would not refund the stay. I will honestly never use Expedia again. They do not post honest reviews. And customer service does nothing when the hotel is unsafe.
