Night clerk was East Asian lady who was rude and unfriendly. Condescension in her voice when speaking with me. Over 30 yrs in customer relations so I was not impressed. As booked wrong night paid first night direct and had to recheck in next morning for expedia reservation. Older lady took foever to complete booking even though prepaid. Took my card several times to swipe it. Chair and ottoman was fake leatger and torn. Have photo

Everything is great, 11 am checkout is easy to work with. Breakfast is simple but fresh and filling. Only negative is the hard mattresses.

Best hotel on the whole trip. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and quiet, staff was helpful, if only all hotels were this nice!

The room looked in need of a deep cleaning. Clearly all that was done is a quick wipe down and sheet switch between guests as the shower/tub was not clean and the mirror and faucet were covered in backsplash and toothpaste. The TV didn't work. We called the front desk and were told to hit "input" 5 times and if that doesn't work unplug and plug it back in, if that doesn't work then there's nothing we can do. Neither worked and that was the end of the "help." Yes, the room was on the less expensive side but we've stayed in even less expensive hotels that were super clean and more comfortable.
