Lost my reservation, and the address they have listed is a parking lot. Spend the $10 and go to the next hotel, package whatever. Not worth your time.

Room is large with microwave and small refrigerator, small roaches in bathroom, cold sometimes as control over heating is with front desk, difficult sometimes to have maid service, have to climb stairs as elevator is not in service.

I was greeted in the bathroom by a roach crawling on the sink. I was very tired so i grabbed a tissue and squashed it. Didnt see any more or feel anything while i slept.

Ive been trying to get ahold of expedia to get my money back and cant . When we arrived at thw motel that we hade booked through Expedia we were told that they no longer used Expedia therd party broker oyo and we could not stay unless we payed out of pocket . We had already played through Expedia . So we had to find another hotel and we had to pay $200.00 for it we could not find anything cheaper on such short notice. And we did not want to drag are sick child around anymore.

The housekeeping didnt come for 4 days. And they didnt have enougb pillows

This was an excellent hotel to stay after the price unfortunately they've stopped doing online bookings so now I have to pay twice as much to stay here. Or I would have had to pay twice as much to say here. No longer going to say at this hotel. I understand wanting you a surprise but more than doubling it's ridiculous

This hotel was terrible!!!! It was so dirty, the staff was rude, the rooms did not look as they were pictured, no breakfast, the tub was disgusting, there were holes in the walls, the walls were thin, neighbors were loud, everything about this hotel sucked. I couldn't get a refund.
