There was no hot water on my first night stay and why should I pay for breakfast when I pay that much for a room?

The location was great! Easy access to highway and you cannot hear any of the traffic nearby. The foyer is nicely decorated and clean. The amenities were also clean. The room and bathroom were a lot smaller than expected and appears to be outdated compared to the lobby. You could hear the plumbing/water running down the pipes in the middle of the night. The beds and pillows were comfy. Cleaning is a little questionable - we found hair on the comforter and stain on the carpet. Overall, we would consider staying here again. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t great either.

I had a minor problem with check in, but in all honesty 50 per cent was my lack of understanding of Expedia and adding on an extra night. The Hotel staff was gracious and very helpful and worked out everything for me!! Great group of people.

Room was great. A/C unit was quieter than most. Had hypoallergenic pillows in room … which was great, since I’m allergic to goose feathers and down.
I ordered off the menu to get hot/warm breakfast … the eggs and bacon were very good. The potatoes they put on the plate came off the buffet and were not warm/not very good. The fresh fruit was great.
