Across the street from St Francis Hospital, so it’s convenient if you have a relative in the hospital (which I did). Excellent hotel.

Upon arrival the staff was very unfriendly, did not even say hello or any kind of greeting. There was a $100 incidental fee for 2 nights which is supposed to be refunded and parking is an additional $15 per night. This seems very excessive for an average room that cost over $200 night with tax. Halls were filthy. Room was clean, however only one of our beds was made ??

Staff very nice and very friendly! Had trouble with room key getting into the parking garage.

Very close to location where I was working. Super nice staff at the front desk and warm cookies :-) Didn't have time for the pool, didn't even see it! Easy to get to and parking nearby. Didn't realize parking was extra so next time, I may just Uber!
