This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable. There were no kids running up/down the halls making noise and the heater/air conditioning was quiet. I slept very well.

This is a beautiful hotel centrally located and within walking distance to everything I needed. Free airport shuttle was a big bonus. Staff was friendly and service was outstanding. The only negative was that it was hard to control room temp. Otherwise loved it and would highly recommend.

Very walkable location with many places nearby to visit. The beds were very comfortable! Staff at the front desk were friendly & checked us in quickly.

Family Visiting college son
Posted 23 Jul 2024 on HotelsWe stayed the first night because we couldnt find anywhere else to stay. We barely made it before they ran the end of the day. They were nice enough to discount our price since it was only for a few hours. It was a nice place so we decided to stay there the other 2 nights, also. We will be staying there again. It was convenient to downtown and restaurants.

Decent room
Posted 20 Jul 2024 on HotelsI had read the reviews on hotels.com talking about having no hot water but my assumption was that this was an anomaly that wouldn't persist to my stay. Unfortunately, I was surprised to not have hot water in my room (511). My buddy who was also staying the same night on a higher floor had no problem with his hot water so it seems to be localized to floor 5. I'm trying to be fair here. I was on a 10 day motorcycle trip and was mostly staying at hotels that were sub $100 but I wanted to be downtown in Tulsa so I spent extra. The room was very comfortable although the right side of the bed sagged a little (I just slept on the left).
I've given it 2 stars because 3 stars is apparently, "average". I'd expect better from a courtyard so I'm going with slightly below average.
