There's a separate entrance to the property with key 2 entry key cards laying on a ledge. Looks like employees smoking. Didn't check to see if they worked but easy entry if they did and bypasses the front desk. No meat on the breakfast except in the sausage gravy. One day our room was NOT serviced when we wanted it serviced. Everything else was good.

We reserved two rooms which we were in 101 & 102 I believe. While pulling back the covered I saw something brown and it ended up being a crumb but at this point I’m paranoid. So I look around just to find bed bugs in the bed frame and blood on the sheets. When mentioned to front desk they moved us but would not allow us to look at other room. First thing we did when moved into 124 was check everything and it was very clean. Thank goodness. The next day my mom was in the front lobby as well as another guest that came up and complained that her room which was 101 was very dirty and underkept. So the other guest asked my mom her experience and my mom broke the news to her that there were bed bugs. At this time the front desk was yelling at my mom for “ trying to run our guest away and telling them about bed bugs just cause you had a bad experience” and so much more of them raising there voice and then proceeding to tell my mom “ we don’t even want you here anyways”

Excellent Service

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable & clean, but rather outdated. The elevator was not working, but the stairs were not steep & doable for our 75 yo father. There was always hot coffee in the lobby. It felt very safe, as well.
