Overall good, but expected more
"Amazing staff, will help you through any situation!! Room we were assigned, was dated, had marks on walls, and doors. Remote was missing back cover. Small stuff, that you expect to not be seen. Nice hotel for a nice stay in Syracuse, but for the price I would expect more."
