Technically, there is no staff on hand, but there is a number to call if there are any issues. There were no issues :-). Everything worked the the kitchen was stocked nicely. If anything, the place might be too quiet, haha. Might want to bring a white noise machine if you don’t like that.

This place is amazing super clean and really beautiful, the room is spacious and the bathroom is super nice, everything was clean and organized, we had an issue on the way so we contacted the property and let them know we will be late and they were great no issues with that at all, we are definitely coming back

I was only here for a quick, business stay, but the accommodations were excellent. The Inn has quite a significant history, and yet it felt very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

Love to stay at Grand Lux when I visit family. Can’t beat the price for an amazingly gorgeous inn experience.
