Door key wouldn’t work, toilet ran all night, no black out blinds, air conditioner rattled, ice tasted like straight chlorine, juice machine didn’t work, shower too low even for a short person

There were cochroaches in my room, the sink was cracked, towels were limited. People were smoking A Lot of pot in the room across from me,i had to block the door with a towel due to the smell. 3 times people were able to use their key card to walk into my room. Other people were sleeping in the hallway. I felt very unsafe. I didnt dare eat the breakfast out if fear of cochroaches most likely in the kitchen. There were windows boarded up on the third floor. Beer cans, bottle caps all around the pool. I will never stay there again

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They acted like we were bothering them to check in. I had requested and again been told on the phone they would accommodate my request of two rooms on the bottom floor. Instead, they gave me one room on the 2nd floor and one room on the 3rd floor. When I expressed my concern they basically said too bad even though I had confirmed on the phone 4 hours earlier that my request would be honored. Very unacceptable. We won't be back.
