Likely the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Room wasn’t clean when we entered.. trash wasn’t emptied; used towel hanging in the closet; useful washcloth in the dresser; someone’s pee on the bathroom floor. So gross. The heater was very very loud. Wi-Fi kept dropping every minute. The real kicker was the bed.. we reserved a king room but got a double/full sized bed. Staff gaslighted us said it was definitely a king. Liars.

Staff was very helpful Room was really nice looked like it has been remodeled but hallway didn’t look very clean . Bathroom by front desk was not clean. Not much variety at breakfast

Noise level was expected next to the freeway. Rooms were very dirty and reeked of carpet powder. First room my son and I broke out in a rash. Staff was very accommodating to get us another room. He looked like he was bouncing around due to people having the same issues. Second room had rat feces in the carpet and a rat hole in the island. We left the property after that. Our money was refunded and we had no choice but to pay double at another hotel.
