It is not true about shuttle. They show free shuttle to airport or mall, this is only available from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The only time the shuttle driver is on duty. All other times you must request an uber driver to pick up and drop of from eithe places. At times, no uber fare is reimbursed. This last trip, I received no reimbursment for my ride to the mall. The televisiton was not working and the laundry service was broken!

No local eateries, room has visible damage, limited outlets to charge your devices, and curtains don't block out exterior lights.
