This property has no humans so in order to check in you need a code which is supposed to be sent in an email The email was never sent to me so when I arrived I needed to wait and wait outside a locked door until finally someone on the phone answers.... not good at all. Then I am sleeping and do not disturb is on and cleaning come in at 8:30 am with no warning and come inside my room! Outrageous. I stayed here a few times before and it was not amazing but it was better then this experience. I think I deserve a refund for this Terrible stay.

We are sorry to hear, that the experience didnt meet your expectations this time.I just checked the communication board on Expedia and in the chat our information e-mails for you are visible from September 06th and September 09th. Why you didnt receive them I cannot say at the moment unfortunatey. If you experience something like that the quickes way to solve the situation is just in giving us a call and we can open you the door immediately.For the early distubance please accept our appoligies. Please note that our Housekeeping always knocks on the door and anounces before they open any door. However to ensure that nobody enters our room in the morning we do have have door signs in the rooms at the wardrobe. If you put these signs on the door handle with the X visible. The housekeeping team will know that you do not wnt to be disturbed and will not know on your door until check-out time.We know that our digital concept is not suitable for everyone but hope that you change your mind about our hotel concept and stay with us again.Best regards,Kathrin Haller

Check out time is early 11:00 am I asked them to check out at 12:15 if possible and they refused though most hotels check out time is Noon 12:00

Das einzige was ich bemängle, ist der Zustand das es im Zimmer eiskalt war als ich angekommen bin. Alle Heizungen waren aus…dies finde ich bei den jetzigen Außentemperaturen sehr unfreundlich.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt trotz Zugangsschwierigkeiten

Bis auf den Erstzugang zum Hotel ist dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Der Zugangscode beim Erstzugang funktionierte leider nicht (es ging an diesem Tag auch anderen Hotelbewohnern so). Nachdem uns andere Hotelbewohner den Zugang gewährt hatten entwickelte sich Anmeldeprozess am Automaten zu einem langwierigen Unterfangen. Danach hat alles bestens funktioniert und der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend und angenehm.
