Hotel Krone is very convient located, 10 minutes from the bu or main train station. 2 minutes from the bus stop on the Neckar bridge with connection to most parts of the town. it is just over the street from zinser, the major clothes shop in town and many other shops. Withing 5-10 minutes you are in the historical centre of the town.
the rooms are ok sized, depending on your price categorie. Some have good sized bath rooms with large walk in showers.
Not all rooms have a mini fridge ( mine did not have one) which is a bit disappointing if you pay over 400 Euros for two night parking.
The beds are ok, maybe a bit firm but this is clearly a very individual thing, some like soft, some like hard beds.
Likes: Facilities, good breakfast buffee (if weather allows you can sit outside), very good restaurant, very convinient position of the hotel
Dislike: the rooms have not proper rollos / black out curtains so the room is very bright at 5 am in the morning during the summer. They put a dark blanket over part of the window if you want but this is not possible for all parts of the windows so the room will continue to be bright. With proper black out curtains this would not be a problem at all
